Although males and females both are troubled by the dilemma of warts but it is the most common in females. Warts can develop anywhere on the body but generally they are found on hands, feet and face. Due to the infection, the outer layer of skin feels swollen rapidly as a result of which a wart develops.

 Warts are non-toxic enlargements on skin. They arecaused by human papillomavirus  (HPV) infections. This virus enters in the body trough that place where the skin is shabby or cut. From there it affects the outer layer of skin. They are gone on their own, but can take time.

Conservative treatments include surgery, freezing and chemical peels. These can be costly and can cause skin irritation. Another alternative is to try natural home remedies.

 But if you have warts on your face or on genital parts, then do not try these. The skin on these areas is really sensitive, so consult your doctor instead.

Causes of Warts

Warts develop due to H P V virus that spreads with extremely infectious and direct contact

If you touch your wart, then you can infect the other part of body even by touching.

By using and sharing towels and other personal things can also lead to a person from other infected one.

Everybody reacts differently against the virus H P V on the basis of the strength of their immune system.

Home Remedies for Warts

Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is thought to act like salicylic acid that is a common wart treatment which peels away infected skin. It also has natural antimicrobial qualities which help fight HPV.

To use it, mix 2-parts apple cider vinegar and 1-part water. Soak a cotton swab in this mixture. Place it on wart, and wrap with a bandage and leave it on for three to four hours. Repeat this for five days and you will get rid it by the fifth day.

Always dilute apple cider vinegar with water because the acidity may cause itching and chemical burns.

Banana peel

You can remove warts with the help of banana peel .Banana peel has that enzyme which heals the skin. Rub the inside of a banana peel on the wart daily till it disappears.

Aloe Vera

Aloe vera is the perfect way to deal with infectious warts as it contains Malic acid. Also it can heal the wart in no time because of its antibiotic properties. Simply cut a leaf of aloe vera plant and apply the gel directly on the targeted area. It will soon dry up and peel off on its own.

Potato

 People state that potato juice can dehydrate a wart but no proof is there. For this cut a small potato in half and rub it on the wart until covered in potato juice. Repeat it twice or thrice a day for seeing results.

Garlic

Garlic has a main component which has microbial effects. To use this peel garlic pod and rub on the wart daily for about three weeks to start seeing results.

Orange Peel

Orange peel is a common trendy wart remedy. It is a low cost option. It includes the rubbing of wart with the peel of an orange once a day. Gradually, the color of the wart will darken and finally fall off.

Baking powder

To try this mixture of baking powder and castor oil can be applied on the targeted area and wrap it with a bandage, leave it for a night. By repeating this for two to three days the wart will soon fade away.

Pineapple

In this technique cut the pieces of fresh pineapple and apply it on the wart.Finally the wart will dry and drop off.

Duct Tape.

 It is one of the most common home remedies for warts. It is very easy to do and inexpensive. Stick a small piece of duct tape on the wart and leave it as such. Remove the tape only when you want to change it. Continue it for about two weeks for better results. In case of sensitive skin use it carefully irritation or bleeding may occur.

Hot water Compress

This is very effective for legs because warts on legs are much sensitive to heat. If you dip your legs in hot water for 15 minutes then they will disappear soon.

Dandelion Weed

It is thought as a pesky weed, used in ancient Chinese and Middle Eastern medicines. It is a traditional remedy. Dandelion milk can be used directly on the wart. Repeat daily for two weeks.

Aspirin

It may also get rid of warts due to its component, salicylic acid. Apply the paste of crushed aspirin in water on wart and wrap it with a bandage overnight.

Additionally when you have warts you should eat food enriched in Vitamin A to boost your immunity system. . Even natural treatments can cause skin irritation so always do a patch test first.
